ARROW’s holistic approach integrates these engagement initiatives into the fabric of its operations, educational programs, research initiatives, stakeholder engagements, and community relationships. ARROW-Engage tasks are integrated with and support research within ARROW-Innovate and Education within ARROW-Empower.

ARROW-Innovate is the research arm of ARROW and focuses a rich OSW research environment at ARROW institutions on the characterization and reduction of uncertainty across the OSW system.
