ARROW-Engage encompasses the outreach aspects and Community Benefits aspects of the center, especially diversity, energy equity and workforce development initiatives. ARROW’s holistic approach integrates these engagement initiatives into the fabric of its operations, educational programs, research initiatives, stakeholder engagements, and community relationships. ARROW-Engage tasks are integrated with and support research within ARROW-Innovate and Education within ARROW-Empower.

ARROW comprises both core and affiliate institutional members. Affiliates participate in ARROW’s educational programming and domestic affiliates may partner with core institutions to apply for internal ARROW research funding in response to internal RFPs.
