ARROW faculty Dr. Dennice Gayme awarded 2025 Distinguished Member Award by IEEE Control Systems Society
ARROW faculty member Dr. Dennice Gayme, Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, was the recipient of the 2025 Distinguished Member Award presented by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Control Systems Society. This award recognizes significant technical contributions and outstanding long-term service to the Control Systems Society. Dr. Gayme accepted the award at the 64th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and attended a workshop on Advanced Control Strategies for Power Systems in Transition at the Operador Nacional do Sistema Eletrico.
