ARROW student Nathan Agarwal presents at ROSEI summit
ARROW student Nathan Agarwal, working with ARROW faculty Julie Lundquist, presents the poster “Up and Out: Navigating atmospheric stability in complex terrain” at the Ralph O’Connor Sustainable Energy Institute (ROSEI) summit at The Johns Hopkins University last month.
Nathan presents a novel machine-learning approach to tower siting for stakeholders interested in sampling heterogenous terrain. This approach has the potential to support meteorologists in characterizing terrain-induced flows and also save developers millions of dollars as they site new projects.
