ARROW-Empower is the educational arm of ARROW designed to empower the next generation of US-based OSW professionals, enhance the ability of US institutions to deliver comprehensive OSW education and establish global leadership for the US in OSW education. 

Summer Education Accelerator (SEA)

Dates: May 26-29, 2026 Location: University of Massachusetts Dartmouth – School for Marine Science and Technology ARROW-SEA, the Summer Education Accelerator, will convene faculty, lab staff, students, and guest instructors from industry, government, and other stakeholders for an annual intensive on offshore wind. Faculty Learning Exchange (FLEx)

ARROW-FLEx is the center’s Faculty Learning Exchange and will support ARROW in providing a comprehensive OSW education on par with those offered in Europe.
