ARROW-SEA Day 2

We started the day with an amazing tour of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island offshore wind farms. We greatly appreciate the National Wildlife Federation who sponsored this wind farm tour for our participants. Following our tour, ARROW students presented their research during our afternoon research reception in Quonset, RI. Finally, we reconvened back in New Bedford at our welcome banquet which included student leadership awards, wind energy trivia, and inspiring remarks from Benjamin Downing, CEO of Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and Jennifer Downing, Executive Director of the New Bedford Ocean Cluster.
